Privacy

We store your email address, your name and avatar if you signed in with Google, the domain you gave us during onboarding, and what you do in the product: sessions, agent messages, searches, saves and API calls.

Every one of those events carries the IP it came from and the city that IP resolved to at the time. That is how rate limits, allowances and the security log work; there is no separate counter anywhere in this system.

Payment details are never seen by us. Stripe holds them and tells us only which plan you are on.

We index social posts that are public: their text, their engagement counts, when they were published, and the profile that published them. We mirror the images and video attached to a post to our own storage so the library does not become a wall of broken links, and we keep the URL that points back to you.

We do not collect anything that is not on the public profile, we do not collect email addresses from posts, and we do not access anything behind a login.

Ask and we will remove you. One email, no justification needed, and a removal survives every future re-index rather than being undone by the next one.

Neon holds the database. Cloudflare R2 holds the mirrored media. Stripe handles payment. Anthropic and OpenRouter process the text sent to an agent when you use one. Apify runs the scrapers. Vercel and Railway run the code.

We do not sell anything to anybody, and there is no advertising network on this site.

When you talk to an agent here, the conversation, the corpus rows it looked up and the draft it is editing are sent to the model provider. The transcript is stored so the thread survives a refresh; you can delete a thread and it is gone.

Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you and we will send it. Ask for it to be deleted and we will delete it, which ends the account. Both are one email, and both are answered by a person.
